TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES

COTTAGE OR GUEST ROOM, GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS


In addition to the rental, you will be charged tourist tax and extras according to the price list. The supply of sheets, bedding and towels are included in the rental price. The tourist tax is fixed each year. In 2024 it will rise per night and per adult over 18 years of age to 0.88 euros in bed and breakfast, and 2.75 euros in gîtes.

Duration of stay: the tenant may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay. Conclusion of the reservation: the reservation becomes effective once the tenant has given a pre-authorization by credit card representing the full amount of the rental The rental concluded between the parties to this deed can in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written agreement of the owner. Any violation of this last paragraph would be likely to result in the immediate termination of the rental at the fault of the tenant, the product of the rental remaining definitively acquired by the owner.


Cancellation by the tenant : any cancellation must be notified by email with acknowledgment of receipt or by registered letter to the owner.

1. Cancellation less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival: the total amount of the rental remains with the owner. If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, the reservation becomes void and the owner can dispose of his accommodation.

2. If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.


Cancellation by the owner: the owner pays the tenant twice the amount of the deposit he has received, except in cases of force majeure.


Arrival: the tenant must arrive between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must agree beforehand with the owner. Contact number +33.7.86.15.56.45


Departure: the tenant must vacate the accommodation before 10:30 a.m. unless specifically agreed by the owner.


Inventory: an inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory.


The tenant undertakes to return the premises on his departure, as clean as he will have found them on his arrival, beds unmade, sheets folded, dishes washed and put away, garbage cans emptied.



Payment of charges: at the end of the stay, the tenant must pay the owner the charges and extras not included in the price, on presentation of the invoice by the owners.


Possible damage: after contradictory establishment of the exit inventory, if damage is observed, the cost of restoring the premises will be invoiced by the owner.


Use of the premises: the tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the of their stay and make use of it in accordance with the internal rules of the rented accommodation .


Capacity: this contract is established for a maximum capacity fixed at the time of rental. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner reserves the right to refuse additional people or to collect an increase. Any modification will be considered at the initiative of the tenant.


Animals: this contract specifies that animals are refused in the gîte and the guest rooms. Depending on the circumstances, an exemption may be agreed with the owner. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the tenant, the owner may refuse the stay. In this case, the full amount of the stay is due and no refund will be made.


Gardens and swimming pool: the gardens and the swimming pool are placed under the safeguard of the tenants. They will have to take care of them and avoid any behavior that could degrade them. Access to the swimming pool is governed by the instructions in the accommodation user guide available in it. The use of specific towels is requested (provided by the owner).


Insurance: the tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.


Disputes: in the absence ofan agreement between the tenant and the owner, exclusive jurisdiction is conferred on the courts of the place where the rented accommodation is located.
